You are correct, you have Usage Time through December 23, 2023. Do you want to change to paying monthly, or do you want to keep it as 6 months? Also, note that the exchanges that you had active in November did not renew on December 1 due to insufficient funds on that date. So you may want to re-activate those exchanges. You can do so from the "Recurring Services" page, which is the one you took the image of.
