chartbook not downloading on new instance

i have 3 separate instances for sierra chart, 1 for personal trading (it is working fine no issues) the other 2 are prop firm tryouts, i have been in 1 for several months without any issues BUT now that i have added this new prop tryout WHICH uses rhythmic instead of teton (like my other 2 instances) i cant get chartbooks to load SPECIFICALLY HISTORICAL CHARTS to the account using rhythmic. the example chartbook works, BUT the chartbooks that i imported either take 10 minutes plus to download or never download historical data and just the intraday chart. also both prop instances are running on an SSD D/ drive ive spent several hours trying to get this right. i would appreciate any help thanks! EDIT the new prop try out is topstep, i read that u need to have a live account (i don with edge clear) so CME knows you are nonrofessional status.. WOULD IT JUST BE EASIER to keep my live account open and use it for historical data/charts and only use TOP STEP FOR INTRADAY CHARTS? tia! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-11-25 19:34:38

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect". Translate the symbols with this Edit menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service You definitely will need to keep your live trading account and rely on the Denali Data Feed.
