Hello, im trying to scroll with the hand tool on the Japanese yen chart but nothing is happening it is still. What should I do

Are you able to scroll the chart using the Scroll Wheel of your pointer, or by dragging the slider bar at the bottom, or by using the left/right arrow keys? If none of the above work as well, then the implication is that all the data that is loaded for that chart is already displayed, therefore there is nowhere to scroll to. Yes sir, that is exactly what is happening. But what do you mean when you say " Chart is already displayed"?

If you are not able to move the chart at all using any of the items we gave you, then this means that all the data that is loaded for that chart is completely displayed in the viewable area already. Therefore, you can not scroll, as you do not have anything to scroll. For example, let's say you have 1 day of data loaded with 4 hour bars. This would mean that at best you would have 6 bars displayed. If you are viewing all 6 bars in the viewable area, then there is nothing to scroll back and see - all of the data that you can view is already viewable.
