Orders not going through

When I attempt to place an order, I see the order on the DOM; however, it does not get placed through to the chart. I then get a message on my trade service log saying the order timed out. I am attaching a copy of the service log for you to review. Any assistance is much appreciated!

Also, when I attempt to add the account in the "Order Allocation" screen to copy the trades, I can see the account as far as "available accounts"; however, it will not allow me to add the account to the "Allocation Accounts" list.

First, Rithmic is not responding to the orders and they should.

But it looks like the Trade Account is not set correctly. For example you cannot use Sim1 with Rithmic.

Choose a Rithmic account:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)
