Hello, I normally am able to fix issues myself through your documentation / support board, but I've spend over an hour and no progress. I'm having issues with specifically intraday data on Gold Futures through Rhythmic Direct Data feed on a separate (non-denali) account. Historical Daily chart works fine. I have followed the steps on the support board here: Historical download skipped I have also ensured I have the correct symbol and I do, "GCZ3.COMEX". When I pull up the quote board for this symbol, it gets no feed. I have disconnected / reconnected the data feed. Basically all intraday charts remain blank after it gives a brief 'historical download skipped' I can provide the message log in a private message if this would help. Thanks for any assistance. **** |

We can not help with problems with Rithmic data. Refer to our position here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy If this installation of Sierra Chart is on the same computer as your other installation that does use the Denali data, then you can use the Denali data in that installation as well.
