Hello, I normally am able to fix issues myself through your documentation / support board, but I've spend over an hour and no progress. I'm having issues with specifically intraday data on Gold Futures through Rhythmic Direct Data feed on a separate (non-denali) account. Historical Daily chart works fine. I have followed the steps on the support board here: Historical download skipped I have also ensured I have the correct symbol and I do, "GCZ3.COMEX". When I pull up the quote board for this symbol, it gets no feed. I have disconnected / reconnected the data feed. Basically all intraday charts remain blank after it gives a brief 'historical download skipped' I can provide the message log in a private message if this would help. Thanks for any assistance. ****
