Hi there,

I have a chart book containing 8 charts. 5 of them are operating without issue, but 3 are completely frozen. I've reloaded backups from prior days and the same issue is occurring. This chartbook had no problems until today. Could you please assist?

What are the symbols of the charts for which you are having an issue?

Can you please give us a screenshot of an entire chart that is "frozen" by following these instructions:

If by frozen you mean they are not updating, then refer to:

The symbols are all NQ. Here's an example, the right side values scale is functioning but the candles remain frozen.

That chart is not scrolled to the end. Refer to:

The chart shown is absolutely scrolled to the end. My scroll end color is set to red, the scroll not end color is set to blue. This was of the first things that I checked before reaching out.

It is highly unusual for someone to change the "Scroll End Color" so when we see it as "Red" we immediately assume the chart is not scrolled.

Given the above, then it looks like your charts are not setup to display the Evening Session. The time shown at the top of the chart is 15:14:59, which is fairly specific, and most likely is setup as the end of the day session, and you do not have the evening session setup to display. Refer to the following:
Chart Session Times

Same issue is continuing in this image from today.

Please select "Chart >> Chart Settings" and then go to the "Session Times" tab. Please tell us how the following are set:
- Session Start Time
- Session End Time
- Use Evening Session
- Evening Start Time
- Evening End Time
- Time Zone

If the Time Zone is set to use the "Global Time Zone" then please go to "Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings" and tell us what the time zone there is set to.
