It is highly unusual for someone to change the "Scroll End Color" so when we see it as "Red" we immediately assume the chart is not scrolled. Given the above, then it looks like your charts are not setup to display the Evening Session. The time shown at the top of the chart is 15:14:59, which is fairly specific, and most likely is setup as the end of the day session, and you do not have the evening session setup to display.
