Hello, I have missing data on my 5min chart. I believe I have correct time settings but it seems that the RTH session is stopping around 12 noon est. So basically I missing from about 12:15 until the ETH time starts. I have researched and tried some of the options provided on the message board. Delete all data and download, reload and recalculate and a couple others. thanks that fixed the isssue with the missing data. Now I'm having an issue with the current priceline not reflecting correctly. Doing my research it referenced me to check the volume filtering. I'm not filtering for any volume. Can you please advise on this? thanks |

You are on Package 5, which means that you will only get the Delayed Streaming data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities. This data will be 10 - 15 minutes behind the actual market depending on the particular exchange. If this does not explain the issue, then we need to know the symbol of the chart and what exactly is occurring.
