Hi, I've subscribed to 11 - Integrated Advanced (Monthly) and activated Denali Exchange Data Feed US Equities Consolidated Tape. However my data (SPY-NQTV for exemple) only show delayed. How can I have access to live data?

You have activated the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape", therefore you need to enter the symbols as standard stock symbols (SPY, not SPY-NQTV). The -NQTV specifies that you want the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange, and not the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape.

Hey, i am subscribed to package 11, and i supposedly have live data in my sierra charts. however at the current time the market is trading at, it shows on my sierra charts, a 3 hr time delay. How can i adjust my charts data, to the current price action and time the market is trading at?

Everything about your account shows that you are setup properly and should be getting the real-time data for the "Full CME Group with Market Depth". Therefore, if your charts are off by 3 hours, then this implies that your Time Zone is not set the way you think it is. Check your Global Time Zone first and make sure it is set to the time zone you want. Refer to the information at the following link: Time Zone Setting If this does not fully correct your problem, then check the individual charts to see if they are set to use the Global Time Zone or a different one. Correct the individual charts as needed.
