Everything about your account shows that you are setup properly and should be getting the real-time data for the "Full CME Group with Market Depth".

Therefore, if your charts are off by 3 hours, then this implies that your Time Zone is not set the way you think it is. Check your Global Time Zone first and make sure it is set to the time zone you want. Refer to the information at the following link:

If this does not fully correct your problem, then check the individual charts to see if they are set to use the Global Time Zone or a different one. Correct the individual charts as needed. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Time Zone (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times menu)
