How to Post a Message for Support

Using Denali Data with IBKR

I have followed the instructions from here: Integrating Denali Feed with Interactive Brokers for Trading I can use Sierra Chart with IBKR perfectly fine and the DOM works with IBKR. The charts are poor as the data is incorrect. So I have the Denali data feed. I can use Sierra Chart with Denali data feed and it works perfectly for the data [SC Data - All Services]. When I change the "Current Selected Service List" to Interactive brokers it does not take the data from Denali feed. Meaning it goes back to the poor IBKR feed. I have 2 instances running (I am not sure if that is relevant). How can I route orders to IBKR but not have their data. Following the guides above it doesn't combine the data.

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". You have the correct symbol for the ES (ES-202312-CME), but not for MCL (MCLV23-NYMEX). To start, open your Chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This will change the symbols to what is needed for Interactive Brokers. Then, the next issue is that you are not setup to get real-time data from us for the MCL, which is traded on the NYMEX exchange of the CME Group. Right now you have only the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Acounts" exchange active, so you are only setup to get real-time data for the CME exchange of the CME Group. If you want the Market Depth for MCL, then you would want to activate the "NYMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" to get this data. If you do not want the Market Depth data for that exchange, then activate the "NYMEX Top-of-Book for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". Thank you. That is one issue fixed. The other issue was when I changed the data to point back to interactive Brokers. I have resolved this, just now. I need to go into the symbol and reselect it again for this to load. This then is giving me the DOM from IBKR and full data. I'll monitor this to make sure, but the data seems to match up whereas before the IBKR data was not showing the correct volume.
