I USED to use Denali data {which i miss} and have it use rithmic for Account funded challenges It seems like my account is stuck on delayed data even though I am hooked up to rithmic feed, which is live. I can see on my account it says "Denali data is live" which I do not want, and deactivated it. My feed is a mess and i need to figure out why its a mess. screenshot included, connected to Rithmic feed, but i can confirm its 10mins delayed, so makes me think Somehow, im still connected to Denali, which is delayed. Please help me. |

how do i get over to the full rithmic feed and also how do i remove denali from my activations? i disabled it last month and everything was working fine, i am super confused, but need to fix this , Thank You In Advance

You did have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts" active for your account. But since you had not connected to a live, funded trading account for the past few months, you would not be getting the real time data. We have "deactivated" this exchange for your account, so you will no longer be charged for it ($3.50 per month). But, as you note, this has nothing to do with any issues related to real-time data. You would have to be getting your real-time data from Rithmic at this time, as you were not fully setup to get it from us (per the above).
