Problem with my charts

Hey support can you kindly explain to how can i see the same amount of information that's on my weekly chart and my daily charts on the 4hour and the 1hour charts please because i'm having less information on those smaller time frame so because of that i cant draw my zone because its less data to work with and i try to load more days but it don't work so i urgently need your help please !!!

We are not sure what exactly you are asking, but it sounds like you do not have the same amount of days displayed in the 4h and 1h charts (which use intraday data) as opposed to your Daily and higher timeframe charts (which use historical daily data). The link we gave you above gives you the information on what to do. Which is to start with ensuring that your setting for the Number of Days to Load for the Intraday Charts is set high enough. If that does not solve the issue (which it will not in your case, as you do not have a Continuous Futures Contract Chart setup), then follow the link in that section for "Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data". Here is the first link: Loading More Or Less Data into an Intraday Chart In that section you will need to go through the items to load more data so you can view further back. One of the important items in that section is setting up your chart as a Continuous Futures Contract.
