The link we gave you above gives you the information on what to do. Which is to start with ensuring that your setting for the Number of Days to Load for the Intraday Charts is set high enough. If that does not solve the issue (which it will not in your case, as you do not have a Continuous Futures Contract Chart setup), then follow the link in that section for "Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data".
