sc data feed for demo account shows wrong price for ES Dec contract

Hi, I am using SC Data feed with a demo account, regardless of delayed data, and receive price quotes wrong and don't reflect the actual price. For example, as of this writing, I received a quoted price of 4485 when other software/apps show 4458. is it an issue related to configuration, I am using volume rollover. Thanks, |

Your data is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds. So if another software is showing the current time price as 4458, then you would need to wait for 10 minutes and 10 seconds to pass before you will have that price. This is also true of the Quote Board information. Just ensure that the times for the data you are comparing are the same times. Thanks for your response. Delayed data is not related as after all, i receive quotes higher than the actual price. For example: ES range of today(other software): Low-High : 4441-4462 SC : Low-High : 4462-4509 So, the whole prices are shifted. Can you pls check if SC data stream is correct ?? what can i do to solve this issue? |

There is no problem whatsoever with Sierra Chart data. We do not know how you are coming to the conclusion that you are. You also are receiving delayed data.
