Your data is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds. So if another software is showing the current time price as 4458, then you would need to wait for 10 minutes and 10 seconds to pass before you will have that price. This is also true of the Quote Board information. Just ensure that the times for the data you are comparing are the same times.
