Dear, I saw a "gap" in the data feed on NQ ysterday - marked with white circle on the attached print-screen. After delete/download 2 min TF has been corrected on the bar chart but the order flow chart info stays as is - missing data. Thanks for letting me know Kind regards. K. |

This could be normal if this is a time when the market is closed. We cannot tell because we do not know the time zone. Refer to help topic 7.1 to re-download the missing data: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html If you believe there should be data there and there is not, then we need to know the exact time range and the time zone. However, refer to the contract specifications on the CME website to see if this is normal: http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/equity-index/us-index/e-mini-nasdaq-100_contract_specifications.html Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. It is Central European Time - meaning past 10:16 Chicago time, when the gap occurred.

Re-download the data as explained in help topic 7.1 and if there is still missing data post a copy of the Message Log so we can check to see where the historical data is coming from: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#log Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
