Good morning, and thank you very much in advance for your help. I have tried what I've seen in support board and in the documentation about missing data, but couldn't fix this problem. I cannot get the 2022 data in a daily chart data from ES. I have tried to set up timezones in different ways, I have put the intradays data and historical data to download more to the days I need, and all of this didn't work. Here you can see the screenshot of the chart I get when I try to download 1000 days to my daily ES chart. Hope you can help me as soon as possible. Thank you very much. Kind regards. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1693559647552.png |

Is this an Historical Daily chart or do you have the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Chart Data Type" set to "Intraday Chart Only" in order to form the daily bars from the Intraday data?

No, it doesn't. My chart data type is set to "Intraday Chart". Do I have to set it to "Intraday Chart Only"? Thank you very much! |

No, you do not need to change it to "Intraday Chart Only", we just wanted to make sure we understood where the data is coming from. There may be data download failures. In which case, follow the instructions here to increase the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Minute: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) And re-download the data: Edit Menu: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download Then you can change the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" back to 1 tick (or whatever it was set to previously). Are you using any custom studies on the chart? If so, please remove them and see if you continue to have that issue. Otherwise, please give us a copy of the chart by following the instructions at the following link and we'll take a look and see what may be occurring: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Before do that, I tried deleting and reloading again the data and did make sure that it was in 1 tick, and it seems like it's fixed now. Thank you very much for your time and help! Kind regards. |

If you could take a look to my chart and see if it could be any problem with it itself or it studies I would really appreciate it. Thank you very much. |

One of the things we see is that your Session Times are missing 1 hour. We do not know what your Time Zone is set to, so we can't speak to the actual times, but your Day Session ends at 15:59:00 and your Evening Session starts at 18:00:00. This is a 2 hour time gap, but the CME Group only closes for 1 hour from 16:00 - 17:00 Central US Time. This would create a gap that should not be present. Otherwise, we are not seeing any issues with the chart. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
