No, you do not need to change it to "Intraday Chart Only", we just wanted to make sure we understood where the data is coming from.

There may be data download failures. In which case, follow the instructions here to increase the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Minute:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)


And re-download the data:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download

Then you can change the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" back to 1 tick (or whatever it was set to previously).
