Hello, I am currently missing data on my Charts with 'Continuous Contract Data' enabled. I have attempted to solve this via the "Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data" thread. After following these directions I tend to get stuck on "Downloading Continuous Contract Data", To which I followed the instructions given in other "Stuck on Downloading" threads. However, no luck on my end yet. I've exhausted all the threads related to this issue, please let me know if there are any other options to help fix this! Here is the Chart Upload Link for reference, & incase you ask I am already using Denali Data Feed. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1693139271874.png Thanks for your time. |

Do the following: 1. Cancel the downloads with Edit >> Cancel Intraday Data Downloads 2. Set this setting to 1 Minute: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) 3. Follow the instructions here: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data 4. When the downloading is done set this setting back to 1 Second or 1 Tick: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
