Do the following: 1. Cancel the downloads with Edit >> Cancel Intraday Data Downloads 2. Set this setting to 1 Minute: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) 3. Follow the instructions here: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data 4.
