I am with OEC paid sierra fee charts not working

I am with OEC ,,, I am not able to get into charts ,,, just shows disconnected,,, have an OEC account with user name and password,,,have Sierra Charts downloaded , love them , have paid Sierra Charts and my account shows one more week remaining Know the system on entering username and password, on the trade data area with OEC and that has worked fine in the past ,,, can you please help me, followed all the directions Michael |
