Charts getting incorrect data, is this a network issue? EC2 instance.

Hi,

This has been happening for a few weeks, intermittently. Earlier today at market open I saw the Bid and Ask Volume data on my charts was completely different, much higher overall. Due to this, my automated spreadsheet system took a few trades incorrectly. But now when I go back and check those minutes/seconds, the volume data has changed completely. Is this happening because of a slow network? Is it possible that the data comes in chunks and that's why Bid/Ask Volume data is much higher or collated initially, and then the charts auto-correct at a later time when proper data is downloaded?

This is only happening on my Sierra Chart instance that I have set up on Amazon AWS EC2 instance. Should I use particular memory/CPU/network configs for this cloud instance so it works exactly as supposed to? It's working completely fine and 'normal' on my personal laptops.

Where specifically do you see this:
Earlier today at market open I saw the Bid and Ask Volume data on my charts was completely different, much higher overall.

From what study, or what particular window in Sierra Chart? And for what symbol?

Provide a screenshot of what you are seeing. Instructions:

You should not have a problem like this at all. We would not even know the cause.

It's a 1 second candlestick bar chart, for ES (symbol: F.US.EPU23). In the screenshot I am providing it is corrected: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1692183488748.png

But when I was earlier trading during market open, it had a lot more Bid and Ask Volume per bar. I'm using an attached spreadsheet for entries and that is based on Bid/Ask Volume greater than some amounts, let's call it x. The trades were taken since these conditions on spreadhseet cells became true. But now if I go back to those timestamps I don't see Bid/Ask Volume greater than x or even close to x.

Hope my description helps, please let me know if you need anything else. Another thing to note is this is only happening on the cloud instance, not my personal laptops and desktops. The cloud instance I'm using is Amazon Web Services' EC2 instance.

There should never be a problem like this unless there is data being written by more than one instance of Sierra Chart to the same data folder causing volumes to increase.

If the past data is not correct then do this:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Past data is correct and there aren't multiple instances running. Can you deploy this to an AWS instance and verify?

We definitely cannot do that and would accomplish nothing to do that. It does not make any sense why you would have this problem. It is essentially unheard of. We really do not know at this point what to say about this. Perhaps when you have the problem if you provide a screenshot of the chart maybe we could somehow have an idea from that.
