Post From: Charts getting incorrect data, is this a network issue? EC2 instance.

Hi, This has been happening for a few weeks, intermittently. Earlier today at market open I saw the Bid and Ask Volume data on my charts was completely different, much higher overall. Due to this, my automated spreadsheet system took a few trades incorrectly. But now when I go back and check those minutes/seconds, the volume data has changed completely. Is this happening because of a slow network? Is it possible that the data comes in chunks and that's why Bid/Ask Volume data is much higher or collated initially, and then the charts auto-correct at a later time when proper data is downloaded? This is only happening on my Sierra Chart instance that I have set up on Amazon AWS EC2 instance. Should I use particular memory/CPU/network configs for this cloud instance so it works exactly as supposed to? It's working completely fine and 'normal' on my personal laptops. |
