Error downloading market depth data of combined tapes

Hi there, I am trying to replay the chart with the combined market depth (Symbol: ???_MBO) and I see the following error message in the message log:

"Error downloading historical Market depth data for ???_MBO. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: us_equities_with_depth.data.marketdepth"

I tried:
1. Download Current Version
2. Make sure the data service setting is set to "SC Data - All Services"
3. Reconnecting the data service
4. Delete and download data

And seems none of the above works. I am able to download the market depth (Symbol: ???-NQTV) when replaying, so just wondering whether there is any configurations I need to set before downloading the combined one.

Are you actually opening a chart for the symbol "???_MBO"?

There is no such symbol. The question marks in the symbol settings are placeholders for the actual symbol.

If the above is not the case, then we need to know the symbol of the chart.

No, I have tried opening AMD_MBO and PLTR_MBO. I am able to load the market depth during market opening time (e.g. META_MBO, AMD_MBO, DIS_MBO..etc.), but not able to download it when replaying.
For the ???-NQTV (e.g. AMD-NQTV), I am able to load it when replaying.

We know about this problem:
