Symbol issues with IQFEED after upgrading SC

After upgrading SC to the latest version available at the moment ie v. 46900, SC stopped receiving IQFEED data for Eurex futures e.g. BUND. This is not IQFEED issue because by using the non-SC IQFEED clients i can still receive realtime and historical data for the BUND. The issue is that SC stopped being able to resolve / subscribe for Eurex futures symbols e.g. the BUND and it is also the same for EUR STOXX 50 etc

I have also manually updated the symbols from the server using the SC menu command, just in case - no change, the issue is still there

Also fyi, after the SC upgrade, there are NO such symbol issues for CME data from IQFEED when consumed with SC.

We no longer support EUREX data from other sources. To get the EUREX data, you will have to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Follow the instructions at the following link to set this up:

i am sorry but this is NOT a workable solution due to the fact that Denali does NOT distribute Eurex Future Options Data - i did mention about that sometime ago but SC rejected it outright as "no plans whatsoever to provide EUREX Options Data"

secondly, what do u mean by "not supporting" - u dont have to support anything - it all comes from IQFEED and SC still have IQFEED adapter and it still supports IQFeed CME data. It looks more like "artificially imposed constrain" to me ....

i am also subscribed for Denali Eurex BUT it does NOT distribute Eurex Future Options data

Future Options Data and Stock Options Data is the main reason i use iqfeed IN ADDITION to Denali. Lack of options data eurex future options and USA stock options is a big gap in Denali and IF SC is embarking on a path to effectively ban other data services like IQFEED then it will have a knock on effetct on SC as charting / data analytics platfrom

Can u make sure this reaches the management level at SC - i want a clear answer whats going on here and what is the product roadmap in the area described above

To access the EUREX data through the Denali Data Feed when using IQ Feed:

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect".

You will still be able to access EUREX options through IQ Feed. Nothing special to do that. That will continue to work properly.

yes i am still receiving Eurex Futures Options from IQFEED - no issues with that, thank you

re the solution suggested above for Eurex Futures symbols from IQFEED- thank you for your time, the only thing is i run SC with IQFEEED from a second machine, thats why so far i kept Allow Support for Denali Data Feed checkbox unchecked (so it doesnt result in Denali being used from 2 machines at the same time)

my setup is as follows:

MAchine 1: SC with Denali Eurex (full market depth), Denali CME (full market depth), Denali Stocks - basically ALL Denali has to offer

MAchine 2: SC with IQFEED for Eurex (futures and options data), CME and USA Stock Options - basically i have that second feed (iqfeed) and machine for the mere reason Denali doesnt have options from Eurex and USA Stock Options

SC is licensed for 3 machines
Denali is licensed for ONLY 1 machine
IQfeed is licensed for ONLY 1 machine

please suggest a solution based on the above info - obviously if a check the checkbox Allow Denali Data feed support on MAchine 2, that will result in Denali being used from 2 machines and i will get Denali cut off automatically even on MAchine 1 - it happened to me in the past when i was experimenting with the setup
