Black screen on TPO

Hi Sierra, i keep having a black blank screen when i click on TPO on my chart. How do i fix this please. It would mean alot if i have this rectified as soon as possible.

You are on Package 10, therefore you do not have access to the TPO study.

You would need to change to Package 11 to be able to do this. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link:

You can change your package at any time. To change your package, go to the "Activate Services" page and in the section for "Choose Service Package and Time Period for Usage Time, or "Disabled":" select the package you want to change to from the pulldown to the left, then select the "Update/Set" button. You can also get to this section by selecting the following link:

When you change your package, your Usage Time adjusts based on the difference in the package pricing. Therefore, if you change a more expensive package, your Usage Time will go down, and vice versa.

Hello, I changed my package from 5 to 11 to get real time data for SPY, but still showing us 10-15 mins delayed, what should I do?

You need to go through the Setup Instructions at the following link for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange, and eventually activate and pay for the exchange itself:
