2 days ago, I set my laptop to sleep and did not close the sierra chart/IB software overnight. Next morning, I received many errors in the Sierra chart platform. 1 included ambiguous currency message and my orders were not executing. I only trade stocks. I was using IB data feed. I changed to Denali yesterday, deleted all files and created new charts. My orders are not processing. I am requesting virtual help as I've followed all directions available. It looks like you have set the primary symbol to be what is needed to get the data from us (in this case from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange). But this symbol is not valid for Interactive Brokers. Therefore, you need to use the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" and enter the symbol that Interactive Brokers needs in that field (such as NIO-STK-SMART-USD). You should also ensure that the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" is set to "Yes".
