It looks like you have set the primary symbol to be what is needed to get the data from us (in this case from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange). But this symbol is not valid for Interactive Brokers. Therefore, you need to use the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" and enter the symbol that Interactive Brokers needs in that field (such as NIO-STK-SMART-USD). You should also ensure that the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" is set to "Yes".
