Trial Activation - SMS Error

Requesting support to help me fully activate the trial account.
Receiving an error when requesting and SMS code - something to the effect that the code has / will not be sent.
Now receiving the following error, despite not having received a code:
"ERROR":"Failed to send code to number. Maximum number of SMS messages already sent to SMS number. Further tries not allowed."
NB, SMS number inputted iaw step 3 of the Trial Accounts and Activation page. Number is a UK code (44), unsure if this is a factor.

I am trying to activate the trial, but get no text message.Now I am at the limit and it wont send me a code. Is this a forboding warning of your software. the ticket right above is the same problem? I had heard that this was exceptional software. Thank you for your time.

Hi,

I am trying to activate the trial but this message shows up. How can I fix that.

Hello,

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
