There is an order appearing which was sent while the platform wasn't connected properly. Every time I log in, this order appears, however I cannot cancel it. I have checked logging into the CTS T4 platform directly and the order does not exist.

How can I purge this rogue order from Sierra / make sure Sierra is not trying to re-send this order?

Update: closing and re-opening the platform twice more appears to have solved the issue.

Next time this happens, what you need to do is select Trade >>Refresh Trade Data from Service. The order will be cleared in about 40 seconds. Not immediately though.
