There is an order appearing which was sent while the platform wasn't connected properly. Every time I log in, this order appears, however I cannot cancel it. I have checked logging into the CTS T4 platform directly and the order does not exist.

How can I purge this rogue order from Sierra / make sure Sierra is not trying to re-send this order?
