We are aware that CME related exchanges that users have active on the Denali Data Feed are not being authorized at this time. We are resolving the problem and we apologize for the delay. We will be deleting all the support board postings on this issue because we cannot be responding to all of them. Please refer just to this thread. To resolve the problem, reconnect to the data feed by selecting File >> Reconnect, or File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. And we acknowledge, we were not monitoring for this issue the last two hours. And our server monitoring did not report this problem to us because it is not a scenario which is being monitored for. We acknowledge, that we were not monitoring the board for this problem. This was after the market close that changes were being made, and we did only discover this over two hours later. It was mishandled on our side. One of the programmers had made a mistake. We will have to develop, monitoring for this problem with immediate notifications to us. Which we are going to do. We do have procedures in place, if there is some failure on the user account management side with market data, to allow market data requests to go through regardless of exchange authorizations. So we do have safety features that are in place, for more than 10 years for a problem like this. We did not activate, those procedures because they were not needed in this case. Once we became aware of the problem, it took only a few minutes to resolve. We are just mentioning them, because we have considered problems like this in the past and have developed a durable and immediate workarounds for them, if needed. We are going to do a full review of this situation and ensure, that it is automatically monitored for. Also Teton order routing, operates in a very different way and is separate system. It operates as a wholly separate isolated system, fully developed with C++, and with very high reliability and isolation. It will never be affected by a problem like this. And it was not affected.
