To resolve the problem, reconnect to the data feed by selecting File >> Reconnect, or File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. And we acknowledge, we were not monitoring for this issue the last two hours. And our server monitoring did not report this problem to us because it is not a scenario which is being monitored for.
