Hi support Since the Sierra update I have had a time zone problem.. The time zone information, global setting + <> chart setting are correct set but having an initial balance open at 8:30am instead of 8:00 gives me a problem -- Screen MP + Screen Chart Likewise my overnight starts at 2:00 a.m. but from 2o'clock to 8:35am I have no data... To summarize : no overnight data and a lag of 30 min for the opening of the initial balance In parallel on all Eurex contracts the time zone is correct, expect on ONE contract that I Trade which is FGBL (Bund) Screen DAX Could you help to reset this crucial information… Best regards

What is the symbol of one chart for which you are having an issue? For that chart, what are your Session Times and Time Zone (in chart settings) set to? It's on FGBL only Time zone : Brussels Session time : Use global time zone all the other contract like Dax or STOX work very well but not the FGBL

What are your Session Times set to. We need to know all of the following: - Session Start Time - Session End Time - Use Evening Session - Evening Start Time - Evening End Time Also, what is the Bar Period for the chart? I use 30 min for the market profil and for chart it's 1 min

You need to adjust your Session Times, as they can not overlap, and your Evening Session is set to cover the full 24 hours. Given your Session Start and End Times, you would want to use the following for your Evening Session: - Evening Start Time: 22:00:00 - Evening End Time: 01:59:59 For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
