I purchased additional time on Friday, July 4, 2014 and my account reports I have 34 days remaining and the current release (1157) is reporting I only have two days remaining. This is the first time I've seen this issues and I'm not sure if this a problem that needs to be brought to your attention? Please review and let me know? Thanks for your support!

Have you restarted Sierra Chart after the payment?

If you have, then restart again and enable the "Force Login" option on the Login window.

Yes, I restarted Sierra Chart after making the payment. I restarted Sierra Chart again just after reading your post and the usage end date is now correct. No "Force Login" required, not sure what was going on, but it's fixed now. Thanks for your support and I'll remember that "Force Login" if I have the same issue in the future.
