It must be a local Internet issue affecting some users. We are not observing any problem.

The connection to the Denali Data Feed has been completely stable all day. No disconnections.

Regarding this we need to see the log:

You might be right. I had another program with a different feed disconnect earlier in the day around 1330 EST. I didn't think much of it because of the program (NT) which I hate but need for a specific reason. Everything seems stable now and has been since @1545 EST, at least for me. Will let you know if I run into any more problems.

Speed tests and browsing was fine on my end during this time.

I had the same issue starting around 2:20pm Central and it lasted around 30 minutes. Other programs/data feeds did not have any lag or issues during this time. I submitted my message log to support via Sierra Chart

The error showed briefly and then went away, with data stuttering and disconnections continuing, after that I closed the program for the day. If the issue comes up again I will send the log for analysis.

Team, is it only I because nobody seems complaining about the same issue? Today's data has no continuity; namely, after 12:11 there is a data gap until 15:27 (next bar) - more than three hours of data are totally missing. Any thoughts, please?
