I'm having an issue retrieving any Market Depth Data, after closing all instances to restart my system. I am not seeing the [M] display along the top, could this be an internal mapping issue possibly?

If you are using a Sub-Instance, then the [M] will not show. What exactly is the issue with the Market Depth Data? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Well first it was just the absence of historical market depth data. I am only able to see the best bid and ask but no further levels of depth. Now as well that, I was also missing data from using the continuous contract so I've been trying to fix that by trying to follow different documents and in the mist of doing so I am now missing all of the current contract data and I cannot seem to redownload it. And now I have received a message from my routing service saying I'm near my max allotment of historical data some how. |

With regards to getting historical market depth data, refer to the following (particularly step #8 which gives you the way to manually force the download): Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data Also, if you are wanting to get historical market depth data for a previous contract, then you have to open that particular contract and download the historical market depth data for that contract. Then you can use it in a Continuous Contract and see the market depth for it properly. With regards to the historical data allotment, this is related to Daily (or higher timeframe) historical data for the Denali data, or for any other data for which we do not provide the real-time data (such as the ICE). It is possible to hit the limit with this. You can purchase additional downloads at the following link (which also shows the number of downloads you have done): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AdditionalHistoricalDownloads For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I really just want to reload my data from the current contract I literally just had it this morning and I restarted my computer opened back up and now I am missing the same data (from 5/12/23 - current day) I already had loaded, I don't know how or why I lost it. And the issue with the Market Depth Historical graph, is simply that I am not receiving any Depth of Market data at all. As far as bids and offers I can only see the best of each, not a single level of depth beyond. I am connected to the Denali Data feed and I have already connected to my live account for the month. I can show screenshots of anything if necessary |

If this is in a Sub-Instance, then the first thing to do is to see if you are getting the full data in the Main Instance. If everything looks good in the Main Instance, then we would need to see the Message Log from the Sub-Instance by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) If the Main Instance is having the issue, then check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". This needs to be set to "Yes" in order to get the data from our Denali feed. If it is set to "No", then change it to "Yes", and then select "File >> Reconnect" after closing the Data/Trade Service Settings window. Let us know the status once you have gone through the above. The issue is stemming from the main instance. I've checked to make sure that Allow Support for Sierra Chart data is set to 'yes'. |

IF the Main Instance is not showing the data, then you need to get the data into there first. Follow the instructions at the following link for getting historical Market Depth data, particularly step #8 to request a download for specific missing data: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data Once the data is in the Main Instance for the symbol, then the sub-instance should pick it up. Well see John the issue is not with my Market Depth Graph specifically, it's an overall issue with receiving any market depth data as whole. If I open a Market Depth Window I can only view 1 level of depth, same thing when I open the DOM same thing when u open a Market Depth Historical Graph. No matter if utilizing the main or a sub instance. My Market depth subscribe setting is set to 0 I've even tried changing it to 100. |

Let's start with a single symbol. What is one symbol for which you are having this issue?

Let's only deal with the Main Instance of Sierra Chart. We do not know if you are running any Sub-Instances, but if you are, just ignore them with regards to this issue. Go through the items at the following link to see if any of them will fix the issue: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
