I went ahead and worked through this link below in regards to my issue stated but it doesn't seem to be helping. During chart replays, depth levels on my DOM show only during the time of day when I actually had sierra charts and my chartbooks open. If I try and chart replay a time when my computer was off I have no depth levels. Thanks as always. Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data |

Did you follow the instructions at step #8 of the given instructions to force a download of the data from a specific time? Be sure you do this and turn on the Market Depth Historical Graph in order to see that the data has been downloaded and is there for the times where it was missing. ah ok, thank you. Also, is there a reason I can't enable my trade connecting lines?

When the "Enable" option is not available in the Graphics Settings, then that means that it is "Always On". In this case, you enable the option to display the connecting lines in "Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Order Fills >> Order Fills >> Display Entry/Exit Connecting Lines". Refer to the information here: Global Trade Settings Windows: Display Entry/Exit Connecting Lines (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Order Fills >> Order Fills) Also note the setting just below it for what coloring is used. ok thankyou. Back to my first question, my DOM isn't moving, no depth levels are showing up, and no volume is trading during the replay date-time. However, on my chart with the exact same symbol at the replay date-time, the market depth historical graph is showing depth, price is moving, and there is volume. I've gone back to the day and selected download depth data from date-time, I've gone to chart >> reload and recalculate, and nothing has worked. Please let me know what you think may be the issue.

What is one symbol for which you are having this issue?

F.US.EPU23 (S&P emini futures) with Trade And Current Quote Symbol set as F.US.MESU23 for both the chart and the DOM.

Is the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Use as Trade Only Symbol" set to "Yes" or "No"? If it is set to "No", then you need to understand that the Market Depth data you are viewing in the DOM is for the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol". But the Market Depth Historical Graph is for the main symbol. Therefore, you would need to ensure that you have the Market Depth available for the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" in order to see it during a replay. Both the DOM and chart are set to "yes"

It's curious. I can pick anytime during today to replay, even times when my SC wasn't open, and my DOM works perfectly as it should. If I go to anytime yesterday however, my DOM no longer works. This same thing happened yesterday as well, where the the day before yesterday wouldn't work but yesterdays did. Hopefully this helps narrow down the problem.

It's interesting, but doesn't help narrow things down. Although it should not matter. Please open a new chart for the symbol F.US.EPU23 and try to run a replay for yesterday (like with your other chart) and see if you get the market depth data or not. I opened up a whole new chartbook, opened a new default intraday chart along with a new default DOM for F.US.EPU23. The DOM has all depth levels at the current date-time, but when I try and replay the chartbook it I get the same issue.

Have you verified you have historical market depth data for the particular Date-Times you are replaying? You need to actually see it on a chart using the Market Depth Historical Graph study: Market Depth Historical Graph: Market Depth Historical Graph Not Displaying Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. We did not realize that this was a Trading DOM. The most likely situation is that you do not have the "Days to Load" set correctly for the Trading DOM.
