When the "Enable" option is not available in the Graphics Settings, then that means that it is "Always On". In this case, you enable the option to display the connecting lines in "Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Order Fills >> Order Fills >> Display Entry/Exit Connecting Lines". Refer to the information here: Global Trade Settings Windows: Display Entry/Exit Connecting Lines (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Order Fills >> Order Fills) Also note the setting just below it for what coloring is used.
