Trade Window Flickering

Hello team, New user here. I have trade windows attached to my charts and notice that they constantly flicker every few seconds. When I keep them detached from the main chart in a separate window, the flickering disappears. Any idea on how to make the flickering go away in attached form? Thank you. R |

The current Trade Window is based upon Microsoft certified garbage dialog windows. We do not know how we can help with this issue. One thing that might help is to keep it detached and floating. We are gradually working on replacing the Trade Window with the new Control Bar based interface which is fully developed by us which will eliminate this problem. We want you to update Sierra Chart to the latest prerelease 2518: Software Download: Fast Update Coming out in about 10 minutes. See if that resolves the problem as we did notice this ourselves and fixed it. It is a recent issue. However, the flickering is an issue with these Microsoft dialogs but we think we know why it was getting triggered. The problem in your case may be different and this update may not make any difference. If not, we are still working on a new version of the Trade Window based on the control bar.
