We want you to update Sierra Chart to the latest prerelease 2518: Software Download: Fast Update Coming out in about 10 minutes. See if that resolves the problem as we did notice this ourselves and fixed it. It is a recent issue. However, the flickering is an issue with these Microsoft dialogs but we think we know why it was getting triggered. The problem in your case may be different and this update may not make any difference. If not, we are still working on a new version of the Trade Window based on the control bar.
