Dear Sierra Support Board,

I have active and founded AMP account with CQG data feed, altho I cannot use Sierra Charts as it is stating:

-Your paid usage time has ended. Your account is in Free Mode.

-Notice: Your account has 0 days of paid usage time left.

You can activate a paid Service Package for usage time and Make a Payment by selecting Help >> Add Usage Credit on the menu. If you cannot make a payment, use the Emergency Account Activation feature on your account. After going to that page you will see this link available.

Would you please support me with activating Sierra Charts properly?

We have set your account to have 15 days of Package 12. This is equivalent to the Trial, but it allows you to connect to your trading service and get real-time data.

Keep in mind, we do not have support for CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. So if you want real-time data for either of these exchanges, you will have to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here:

Thank you for activating the SC for me, but what will happened after those 15 days? I never had to activate Sierra Packages in the past as it was done (or initiated) by AMP Futures, I only payed fee for the real-time data to the Broker and used data from CQG (back than 5$pMo.). Is it not possible anymore?
Do I have to purchase Package 3 or 5 and activate Denali in order to get real data (36$+3.5$)?

What if I revert SC to Version 2394, will the CME work using real-time data from CQG?

We no longer have brokers activating and controlling the accounts for customers. It is all in your hands.

When the 15 days of trial is over, it is up to you to choose a package that will work your needs and activate it. The information on the packages is at the following link:

And then follow the instructions at the following link for how to activate (and pay for, if necessary) the package you want:

Note that if you want real-time data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, or U.S. Equities, then you will need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages and you will need to go through the appropriate setup instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information at the following link:

In the meantime, while you are on the trial, you have access to real-time data for FOREX, CFD, Cryptocurrency, and Market Statistics. You also have Delayed Streaming data for the CME Group, CFE, EUREX, and U.S. Equities.
