Dear Sierra Support Board, I have active and founded AMP account with CQG data feed, altho I cannot use Sierra Charts as it is stating: -Your paid usage time has ended. Your account is in Free Mode.
-Notice: Your account has 0 days of paid usage time left. You can activate a paid Service Package for usage time and Make a Payment by selecting Help >> Add Usage Credit on the menu. If you cannot make a payment, use the Emergency Account Activation feature on your account. After going to that page you will see this link available. and Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired.
