I received this ticket from you 'Starting at the date 2023-06-07, you will begin to receive delayed data for the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges for the following reason:' I have logged into my live trading account through Teton in the past 30 days including today. Is there a way to confirm this through my Sierra Chart account? Anyway I assume that since I've logged in I will not receive delayed data on 2023-06-07. Please confirm this. Thank you. I'm also with Stage 5 and use Teton and I just read that I don't even need to connect because Sierra Chart will automatically recognize it. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-06-05 14:23:09

Thank you for the quick reply. So I will not get delayed data on the 7th then? The ticket says that I will and maybe it should say that I will unless I log into my live account by then. Also I'm with Stage 5 and use Teton and I just read that I don't even need to connect because Sierra Chart will automatically recognize it. Is this true? Appreciate it. Just don't want any surprises on the 7th. Thanks. |

You can always view your "Verified Until" date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Since that date is now set to July 5, 2023, you are good to get real-time data until that date. If you stay connected to your Stage 5 account, then your "Verified Until" date will constantly update, so you would not need to do anything special to make a connection.
