Hi, please how can i get my price moving on the chart plus contracts(Bids/offer) to appear on the Depth of Market. I cancelled my Denali data feed yesterday, went from service package 11 to Service Package 5 Base Advanced. I have all the current symbols set correctly on the charts and have changed the setting to SC Data - All services for me to use delayed data feed but is not working. I have also deleted the chartbook and re-installed but still won't show as attached in the image. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you. |

You should be getting the Delayed Streaming Data. One thing that can happen with the Delayed Streaming Data is that when you first open the chart, the historical data loads to the current time. Therefore, you will not see any data movement until the "delay" is passed (10 minutes and 10 seconds for the CME Group data). If you are still not getting any data movement, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Hi John, This might help, The Available "CME" Exchanged I cancelled before going for the delay data(services package 5), on the Ending date for the subscription for CME Exchange is 2023-05-31 and Auto-Renewal says Active till end of billing period. I have attached a screen shot for your perusal. Thank you. |

Deleted the folder and restarted Sierra Chart, issues still exists. I have attached my charts for you to see.
