Delayed data after loggin into my IB account

Hi, I am still getting delayed data after logging in to my IB account
Logging in and out has worked in the past, just not now.
Followed the instructions exactly, disconnect ,select IB, don't choose change symbols, connect ,disconnect, choose SC data, reconnect.
I have tried several times, even restarting the software.

We see that your Verified Until date has not updated.

Make sure you are not logging into a "paper" trading option with Interactive Brokers. It has to be your live account that you are connecting to.

The instructions to connect to IB are at the following link. Please go through them one more time and see if your "Verified Until" date updates:
