This would be caused by using an older version of Sierra Chart. However, we see that you are running an up-to-date version of Sierra Chart at this time. Do you still have this issue? We cannot reproduce.

Most likely you have custom symbols or changes to symbol settings causing the problem.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

After that disable custom symbol settings:

I followed all your instructions but the issue persists.
I do not have customized symbols or even session time settings.

I found something changed. I used to type "XLB" to download data and it worked for the past five years.
But now, it will cause the problem I mentioned above. I have to type "XLB-NQTV" to make it work. Why?

Those two symbols are actually different. One is NASDAQ TotalView and the other is the full consolidated tape.

Both symbols will work.

The other thing to do is to update Sierra Chart to the current version and see if that makes a difference but the version you have should be sufficient.
