Real Time Price is not moving while connecting with Rithmic but it was moving in SC data. Tried to place an order and it was filled by rithmic account but price in Sierra Chart chartbooks are all not moving at all. Kindly please help on this issue. Thank You.

You have the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange active, but you have not connected to your live trading account in order to verify your non-professional status in a while. Your current "Verified Until" date is "May 5, 2023". You need to connect to your live trading account in order to get the real-time data for the CME exchange active again. Hi there. I have connected to my Interactive Broker live account today for more than 2 times and each time is more than 30 seconds. Why didn't it register?

Make sure you are connecting to your "Live" account with IB and not a "Paper" trading account. Connecting to the paper trading account will not update the verification date.
